Getting started
Organisation owner / authorised rugby administrator: creates the organisation and teams inside the app. Coach: creates an account and is assigned to the appropriate team. Parent: connects to their child through the organisation’s parent-linking invitation.
Creating an account
Download Rugby Nexus for Android via direct download (iOS coming soon) and sign up inside the app.
Creating an organisation
The organisation owner or an authorised rugby administrator creates the organisation and teams inside the app, then assigns coaches. Organisations are not created on this website.
Joining a team
Coaches are assigned to teams by the organisation, and players are added to rosters by their team’s coach — all inside the app.
Parent access
Parents are linked to their child by email invitation from the coaching organisation, and see only their own linked children.
Password & login help
Use the reset option on the app’s login screen. If you’re still stuck, email us and we’ll help you back in.
Account deletion
You can delete your account inside the app (More → Delete Account). Full details on our Delete Account page.
Privacy
Player and family data is protected per our Privacy Policy. Parents access only their linked children; organisations see only their own data.
