By using Rugby Nexus you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Coaches/administrators are responsible for the players and data they enter, and confirm they have the right/consent to record minors’ information for coaching purposes.

Use the app only for legitimate rugby coaching and player development. Do not misuse data, attempt to access other organisations’ or families’ information, or disrupt the service.

Each organisation controls its own data; access is limited by role. Organisation owners are responsible for managing their teams and staff.

Personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy. Parents access only their linked children.

The service is provided “as is”; we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You may delete your account in-app; organisation-owned records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
